Pilot terms — set during the discovery phase
TaxRiskOS is in the pre-revenue pilot phase. Pricing isn't posted publicly because it's being shaped by the workflow and scope emerging from the founding-firm pilot. We'd rather be honest about that than publish placeholder tiers.
Workflow support only. Not legal or tax advice. No response drafting.
What the founding-firm pilot includes
- Full working prototype — access to the complete first-hour workflow: intake, deadline capture, document checklist, escalation flags, audit trail, and handoff packet.
- Workflow call — a 20-minute session to understand how your practice currently handles notice intake and where the friction is.
- Optional prototype review — walk through the prototype with your team and give feedback on the intake flow.
- Integration roadmap input — your PM tool priorities (Canopy, TaxDome, Karbon) shape what integration ships first.
- Early-access terms — pilot participants get terms ahead of general release pricing.
- Workflow-pattern findings — anonymized patterns from the pilot shared back to participants.
What we're learning in the pilot
The pilot exists to answer two questions: does the first-hour workflow map to how firms actually receive and handle IRS notices, and where does the handoff packet need to change before it's production-ready? Pricing follows scope, and scope follows those answers.
No customer logos, no traction numbers, and no pilot count appear anywhere on this site because the pilot is in formation. When there are real findings to share, they'll be real.
Frequently asked questions
Why isn't pricing listed?
We're in the pre-revenue pilot phase. Pricing is being shaped by the workflow and scope emerging from the founding-firm pilot, and it isn't finalized yet. We'd rather be honest about that than post placeholder tiers.
Is there a free trial?
The synthetic-data demo at /demo is freely available with no signup. The full working prototype is available to pilot participants through the founding-firm pilot — apply on the pilot page.
What does the pilot cost?
Pilot participation terms are discussed directly with interested firms. There's no public rate card yet. Apply and we'll talk through what makes sense.
When will pricing be published?
After the discovery phase closes and the scope of V1 release is finalized. Pilot participants get early-access terms before general release.
Will there be per-seat pricing?
We're evaluating per-seat, per-matter, and flat-firm models. The right model depends on how firms actually use the workflow — which is what the pilot is designed to learn.
Ready to talk?
Request a founding-firm workflow call (~20 min), or review the demo first — whatever is most useful.
