INTEGRATIONS

Complement the tools you already use

TaxRiskOS handles the first hour — intake, deadline math, document checklist, escalation flags, structured handoff packet. Then that packet drops into whatever practice management tool your firm already runs. No rip-and-replace.

Workflow support only. Not legal or tax advice. No response drafting.

How the handoff works

Client forwards the IRS noticeNotice date, type, and relevant facts captured in the TaxRiskOS intake flow. Deadline computed from the response window.
TaxRiskOS runs the first-hour workflowChecklist generated, escalation flags evaluated, audit trail timestamped at every step. Everything stays in the engine — no browser logic.
Structured handoff packet produced11 sections covering the full intake: deadline, documents requested, flags, notes, and a clean summary for the licensed professional.
Export drops into your PM toolV1: download the packet and attach it to your matter, work item, or client folder. One file, one drop, your workflow continues in the tools you already use.

Practice management tools

V1 delivers a structured export that attaches to any PM tool. Native integrations are on the roadmap — no timeline commitments, but actively scoped.

Frequently asked questions

Does TaxRiskOS replace Canopy, TaxDome, or Karbon?

No. TaxRiskOS handles the first hour of notice triage — intake, deadline math, document checklist, escalation flags, and a structured handoff packet. It does not handle billing, ongoing matter management, client communication, or the response itself. Your practice management tool is the practice layer; TaxRiskOS is the first-hour intake layer.

What format is the V1 export?

Structured text formatted for easy reading and copy/paste. Every section of the 11-part handoff packet is clearly labelled. You can paste it into a matter note, attach it as a document, or drop it into a folder — whatever your PM tool supports.

Is PDF export available in V1?

PDF export is on the V1 milestone list. The structured-text export is available in the current working prototype.

When will native integrations ship?

We are actively scoping direct API integrations with Canopy, TaxDome, and Karbon. No timeline commitments — we will not promise a date we cannot keep. If your firm is piloting and wants input into integration design, reach out via the pilot page.

What if my firm uses a different tool?

The structured-text export is designed to work as a standalone attachment in any document management or matter management system. If your firm runs a tool not listed here and you want to discuss integration priority, let us know when you book a walkthrough.

Shape how integrations are built

Firms piloting TaxRiskOS during the discovery phase get direct input into integration design. If Canopy, TaxDome, or Karbon is central to your workflow, that feedback shapes what ships first.
